Lili Dai, our principal, is an active certified public accountant with over 18 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting. She has extensive expertise in technical and operating accounting, preparing/reviewing and auditing financial statements, conducting SOX 404 audits, and preparing SEC reports (S-1, S-3, 10K, 10Q, 8K, Form 3/4/5, Proxy Statement, etc.). She began her career as an auditor at a regional CPA firm, and then joined PwC Los Angeles, where she supervised the audit engagements of several large companies across various industries. After leaving PwC, Lili took on various accounting and reporting management roles for companies with revenues ranging from $200 million to $5 billion.  

The key team members have extensive experience in accounting, having started their careers at CPA firms in the United States. They have provided services to a diverse clientele, including public companies, private equity funds, and affluent individuals and families.
